Vivian's 35 years experience working for Thurston County, provides her valuable knowledge to serve the local community and ensure Thurston County is a safe and thriving community.
Vivian has lived in Washington for 48 years, Thurston County since 1987 and currently resides in Rochester. She recently retired from Thurston County after a 35-year career, with 15 years in the Sheriff’s Office, Corrections Facility and 15 years in Emergency Management. She is a retired Veteran from the U.S. Army Reserves after serving 31 years as a Civil Affairs Specialist, retiring as a Master Sergeant.
